Online Heatsink Customization
Some of our online catalog parts feature a Customization button. Catalog parts/pages with this button offer the added feature of online customization. Available customizations include adding plain/threaded holes, changing the heat sink height(fin height) and changing the base size.
- Minimum order quantity is 1 piece.
- Standard lead time is 7-10 days, but can be expedited if urgent.
- This service is typically available for corporate customers only.
- If a type of customization, not mentioned above is required, please contact us.
Procedure for creating a custom heatsink
| Choose the base heatsink. Click the base size from the list of available heat sinks. |
| Click Customization button on each catalog page, and follow the instructions. |
| The drawing and quotation will be sent by email. Please review and place PO accordingly. |

How to place order for customized heat sink
Please confirm the price and specification we send.
If you decide to place the order, please send us the copy of purchase order.
If you want us to ship by your shipping account, please specify your preffered carrier and account#. We will send proforma invoice based on your order.
If you do not specify your preffered carrier and account#, we will add shipping cost to the invoice.

- For international shipment, basically we will quote based on DDU, so Duty / Tax are not included.
- Shipping point is Numazu, Japan or Santa Clara, California (US/Canada customers)

You can pay by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or check(US/Canada Only). Or, you can pay by credit card if order value is less than US$1000.

For non-USA/Canada customers, transaction fee of US$20.00 will be charged for the order less than US$1000.00.
We will start the production once we receive your payment.
You will receive order confirmation with confirmed schedule.

- Tansit time: depending on the location and shipping method, typically 3-5 business days.
Expedited lead time service
If required, we can offer a shorder, expedited lead time. Typically, we finish the production within 1-2 business days after an order is confirmed. The limitation is as follows:
- There are no anodized surface where it is customized.
- We cannot offer such service depending on the inventory status of the base heat sink.
- The customized parts may have minor scratches due to the modification process. There are no major performance impact by this.
